Science is a field that deals with studying the nature of matter in a scientific way. That means you need to look at a lot of data and make a lot of discoveries. So is it possible to be an excellent cook and nutrition scientist all in the same thing? I think so. I think it’s really difficult to do both. When I cook, I focus on what’s called the’macro’ and the’micro’ level. The former is what I eat every single day. The latter is what I eat on special occasions. These two levels are very different from each other. Basically, what I cook for special occasions is the’macro’ level.
